Kalishwar is a Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) specialist with 7+ years of experience transforming complex engineering challenges into actionable solutions through advanced simulation and data-driven methods. He collaborate across automotive, aerospace, defense, and drone industries to improve safety, accelerate product development, and optimize performance and costs.

I have extensive expertise in multiphysics structural, thermal, and crash analysis, optimization, and process integration. My work spans early product development, failure analysis, automotive crashworthiness, occupant and pedestrian safety, and regulatory product testing. With specialized knowledge in human body modeling, injury biomechanics, and AI/ML-driven CAE, I have contributed to collaborative regulatory policy advocacy research with the National Research Council Canada (NRC), Transport Canada, and NSERC.

By integrating simulation early in the product development process, I help teams adopt efficient CAE workflows that streamline design, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
